Australian Health and Safety Training (AHST) is a Nationally Registered Training Organisation providing a wide range of first aid training for industry, professional groups and individuals, nationally.

In 2005, we were appointed by the National Safety Council of Australia to manage their first aid training network throughout NSW which consists of approximately 100 Workplace instructors.

All training in CPR, Senior First Aid, Instructor Courses, Recertification and Workbook Courses, is to Australian Quality Training Framework requirements as set down by both Commonwealth and State Government authorities.

Courses can be conducted in your workplace or in our training rooms and can also be designed to suit an organisation’s specific requirements. The popular 1 Day Workbook training enables a company to minimise downtime for their staff while providing face-to-face training.

Our strength is in the provision of consultation and first aid training in the workplace. We bring solutions that strengthen the foundations of your business. Public training and customised courses designed to address the specific needs of your organisation in order to be fully compliant with relevant legislation.

AHST is a subscriber to the Australian Resuscitation Council and this enables us to access and disseminate updated guidelines/policy statements on a daily basis.

AHST sells a wide variety of first aid kits, defibrillators and other safety goods. Be sure to check out our first aid supplies for a list of our most popular products.
