HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Accredited First Aid Course

This course covers the knowledge and skills required to provide CPR, manage and assess an emergency situation, use an automatic external defibrillator (AED), understand DRSABCD and the First Aider’s legal responsibilities. Provide CPR is trained and assessed in line with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

Accredited First Aid Course

This course is the minimum requirement for workplace first aid compliance. In this course, you will learn the skills and knowledge to be able to provide first aid response and life support, manage casualty(ies), the incident, and other first aiders, until qualified emergency help arrives at the scene of the incident. HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is trained in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines.

HLTAID012 Provide Childcare First Aid

Accredited First Aid Course

This course is relevant to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting. You will learn the knowledge and skills required to respond to First Aid emergencies, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies. The course is trained in accordance with Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) guidelines and may contribute towards approved First Aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training requirements defined by Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

AHSTs Infant First Aid Training equips you and your family with the knowledge and skills to protect your child in the event of an emergency. You will learn CPR and other vital skills to help you confidently identify, respond to and manage common infant injuries and emergencies, and recognise when to go to hospital.
