Course Title:Mental Health First Aid Awareness Session.
Duration & Mode of Delivery:2-3 hours face-to-face training, depending on course content.
Delivery Location:On-site training at your workplace.
Minimum Age Requirement: 14 Years.

You choose topics covering any of the following:

  • Anxiety problems
  • Psychosis
  • Substance use problems
  • Eating Disorders
  • Suicidal thoughts and behaviours
  • Non-suicidal self-injury
  • Panic attacks
  • Traumatic events
  • Severe psychotic states
  • Severe effects from alcohol or other drug use
  • Aggressive behaviours
